江苏省出版史志编纂委员会编辑的《出版史志丛书》,已先后出版了《江苏报刊编辑史》、《江苏民国时期出版史》等专著。这些丛书,具有明显的史料性、学术性和时代性的特点,不仅为地方出版史志的编纂提供了丰富的史料,也为出版科学的研究创造了有利条件。最近,由方庆秋、曹必宏、郭必强编著的《民国党派社团出版史丛》也由江苏人民出版社出版问世了,它既具有上述史料性、科学性和时代性的特点,又反映了民国社会百态,是目前国内第一部专门记述民国时期党派(国共两党以外)、社团出版活动的历史编著。其特色是: (一)书名《史丛》,以记述民国一代党派、社团的出版史事为主。丛者聚也,将民国一代丛脞细碎的党派、社团史料,汇聚而编述之,反映了编者为“编写民国出版史志的参考需要”而编撰此书的目的。

It not only has the characteristics of the above historical, scientific and epoch characteristics but also reflects the social conditions of the Republic of China It is the first history book in our country devoted to the publication of the party activities during the period of the Republic of China (other than the Communist Party and the Kuomintang). Its features are: (A) the title of “History Cong” to describe the generation of the Republic of China party members and associations based on the history of the publication. Congju gathered also compiled the collection of the frayed parties and social organizations in the Republic of China, which reflects the compilation of this book by editors for the purpose of compiling this book “Reference Requirements for the Compilation of Historical Records of the Republic of China.”
