目的比较患者自控吸入笑气麻醉与静脉注射异丙酚实施无痛人工流产技术的效果。方法选实施无痛人工流产的早孕妇女113例,随机分为笑气组73例,对照组40例。笑气组患者自控吸入笑气,笑气∶氧气为1∶1(笑气与氧气各50%),保持患者术中清醒。对照组予静滴异丙酚,首次剂量为1.5~2 mg/kg,患者睫毛反射消失后开始手术。术中患者体动时单次追加异丙酚0.5 mg/kg。结果2组镇痛效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论笑气是一种毒性最小的吸入性镇痛麻醉药,通过呼吸道排泄,可控性好,用于门诊人工流产镇痛更安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the effects of spontaneous inhalation of nitrous oxide anesthesia with intravenous propofol on painless abortion in patients. Methods A total of 113 pregnant women with painless induced abortion were randomly divided into three groups: nausea group (n = 73) and control group (n = 40). Patients with nitrous oxide group inhaled spontaneous nitrous oxide, nitrous oxide: oxygen 1: 1 (nitrous oxide and oxygen each 50%), to keep the patient awake. The control group was given propofol intravenously, the first dose of 1.5 ~ 2 mg / kg, the patient lashes reflex surgery began. Intraoperative patients with a single additional propofol 0.5 mg / kg. Results There was no significant difference in analgesic effect between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Noxiousness is one of the least inhaled analgesic anesthetics. It has good controllability through respiratory tract excretion and is more safe for outpatient induced abortion. It is worth to be popularized and applied clinically.
