整车制动管路油管漏油现象是令上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司(下称“五菱汽车”)总装车间困扰的问题,由于一直没有找到有效的抑制措施,致使某个时段10天内N7系列车型漏油率高达6.44%,N105系列车型漏油率高达1.95%。如果不想方设法采取措施解决这个问题,将会继续影响DR值,影响客户对五菱汽车的满意度。通过搜集数据,并对相关数据认真分析,作者发现人为原因和操作工艺欠缺是造成整车制动管路油管漏油现象的问题所在。实践证明,通过有针对性的制定解决措施,运用到实际工作当中,整车制动管路油管漏油率可以很大程度上降低,甚至在不久的将来整车制动管路油管漏油现象可以彻底清除。
