师生关系是指教师和学生在教育教学中形成的相互关系,是人与人的关系在教育领域中的反映。作为教师,所有的活动基本上是在师生之间的关系中进行的,师生关系的好坏直接关系到教育教学工作的成败。著名教育家陶行知说过:“真正的教育是心心相印的活动,唯独从心里发出来的,才能达到心的深处。”离开了沟通,一切教育无从谈起。因此,教育者很有必要懂得如何与学生进行沟通,从而与学生建立良好的人际关系。教师掌握沟通的合理方法,能使学生在情绪上受到鼓舞,思想上得到感染,精神上得到振奋,心灵上受到启迪,从而取得更好的教育效果。培养人性的人是所有教师的责任。
