1949年秋,新中国人民空军正值筹建培训阶段。为了保卫北平和迎接中国人民政治协商会议的安全召开,阻击帝国主义反动派的挑衅行为,华北航空局奉命成立一支空军部队,由原国民党空军飞行员徐兆文(黄埔军校十六期)、谢派芬(国民党航校十三期)、赵大海、杨培光等在南苑机场组建,号称南苑飞行队。飞机是从全国各地收集的国民党部队的十余架美式飞机。人员有从东北老航校挑选的优秀共产党员王洪智、于希和等和选拔来的政治上可靠的原国民党空军飞行员。他们团结一致,取长补短,一面培训提高飞行技术,一面积极执行保卫祖国领空的光荣任务。
In the autumn of 1949, the People’s Air Force of the People’s Republic of China was at a stage of preparatory training. In order to defend Peking and meet the security hold by the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and stop the provocations of the imperialist reactionaries, North China Aviation Bureau was instructed to set up an air force consisting of former Kuomintang Air Force pilots Xu Zhaowen (Whampoa Military Academy 16), Xie Peifen Guomindang Air School thirteen), Zhao Dahai, Yang Peiguang, etc. set up in Nanyuan Airport, known as the Nanyuan flight team. The aircraft is more than a dozen American aircraft of Kuomintang troops collected from all over the country. Officers from the Northeast old school selected outstanding Communist Party members Wang Hongzhi, Yu Xi and so on and the selection of the politically reliable former KMT Air Force pilots. By uniting with each other’s strengths and complement each other, they train and improve their flying skills while vigorously implementing the glorious task of defending the airspace of their motherland.
