本刊讯环境保护部近期向国家发改委、财政部、商务部、人民银行等14个部门提供了《环境保护综合名录(2015年版)》,同时向社会全文公开。在这份最新版综合名录中,共包括57种化学农药产品,较2014年版新增6种,分别是2-萘酚、灭线磷、磷化铝、氯磺隆、石硫合剂和对氯苯乙酸。而在2015年5月份发布的综合名录征求意见稿中,还包括氯化苦,给出的列入理由是“产品本身为高毒有机氯农药,使用过程中蒸气强烈刺激眼和肺,具有全身毒作用,属于GHF”。据分析,或因农业部及所属的中国农科院等单位近年来大力推广的原因,氯化苦最终未被纳入。据中国农科院植保所土壤熏蒸技
