目的了解从深圳市食源性疾病患者和环境中分离的副溶血性弧菌的血清型和毒力基因特征。方法2006~2008年从食源性疾病患者和海水、海产品等外环境分离到133株副溶血性弧菌,按GB/T4789.7-2008进行血清学鉴定,用PCR技术检测耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)和耐热直接溶血素相关溶血素基因(trh)。结果133株副溶血性弧菌中,以O3(43.6%)、O1(16.5%)、O4(16.5%)群为主。84.4%(76/90)的食源性疾病样本分离株携带毒力基因tdh,无单独携带trh基因的菌株;79.1%(34/43)的环境样本分离株不携带tdh和trh毒力基因,无同时携带两种基因的菌株。结论近年来引起深圳市食源性疾病的副溶血性弧菌主要为tdh阳性、trh阴性菌株,在外环境中检出的绝大多数副溶血性弧菌tdh基因和trh基因均为阴性;O3仍为主要的流行群。
Objective To understand the serotype and virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from patients with food-borne diseases and the environment in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 133 Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from food-borne diseases, seawater and seafood were collected from 2006 to 2008 according to GB / T4789.7-2008 serological test, (Tdh) and heat-resistant hemolysin-related hemolysin (trh) genes. Results Among the 133 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, O3 (43.6%), O1 (16.5%) and O4 (16.5%) were the major components. 84.4% (76/90) isolates of foodborne disease carried the virulence factor tdh, no isolates carrying trh alone; 79.1% (34/43) isolates did not carry the tdh and trh virulence genes, No strains that carry both genes at the same time. Conclusion The Vibrio parahaemolyticus which caused foodborne diseases in Shenzhen in recent years are mainly tdh positive and trh negative strains. Most of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus tdh and trh genes detected in the external environment are negative. O3 As the main pop group.
