历史沿革 中国科学技术协会(简称“中国科协”),于1958年9月23日由中华全国自然科学专门学会联合会(简称“全国科联”)与中华全国科学技术普及协会(简称“全国科普”)合并建立。 中国科协已召开过五次全国代表大会。担任过历届科协主席的有(包括其前身全国科联、全国科普):全国科联主席李四光,全国科普主席梁希,全国科联和全国科普两个组织的名誉主席吴玉章;第一届主席李四光;第二届主席周培源;第三届主席钱学森;第四届主席朱光亚;现任主席周光召。
History The China Association for Science and Technology (“CAST”) was founded on September 23, 1958 by the All-China Federation of Natural Science Societies (“NSFC”) and the All-China Association of Science and Technology Popularization (“ Science ”) merger established. China Association for Science and Technology has held five national congresses. As chairman of the previous CAST have (including its predecessor, the National Science Union, the National Science Popularization): National Science Federation Chairman Li Siguang, National Science Chairman Liang Xi, the National Science Focal Point and the National Popular Organization two honorary chairman Wu Yuzhang; the first president Li Siguang; second chairman Zhou Peiyuan; third chairman Qian Xuesen; fourth chairman Zhu Guangya; current chairman Zhou Guangzhao.
