测定了单独使用 3种喹诺酮类抗生素及与外输泵抑制剂利血平 (2 0 μg/ml)结合使用 ,对临床分离的 2 2株凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的MIC。结果表明 ,利血平使个别敏感菌株和中低度耐药菌株的MIC降低 ,说明其存在外输泵介导的耐药表型 ;而对喹诺酮高度耐药菌株的MIC却没有受到影响 ,一些菌株的MIC甚至变大。另外 ,利血平对亲水性喹诺酮影响较大 ,对疏水性喹诺酮影响较小
