China is experiencing the explosive development of electric vehicles. According to the International Energy Agency, the number of electric vehicles in China was 331,000 in 2015, while by 2016 this figure more than doubled to 507,000. The rapid development of electric vehicles on the supporting services put forward higher requirements. All along, the State Grid Corporation has given full play to the leading role of large central SOEs and actively promoted the development of clean energy and alternative energy. Through accelerating the construction of charge-and-discharge network, setting up a charging and discharging standard system and building a smart car networking platform, a series of measures were taken to promote electric vehicles industry
