AIM: To investigate the photocatalytic killing effect of photoexcited TiO2 nanoparticles on human colon carcinoma cell line (Ls-174-t) and to study the mechanism underlying the action of photoexcited TiO2 nanoparticles on malignant cells.METHODS: Ls-174-t
