高脂喂养大鼠脂肪组织抵抗素、脂联素的表达均明显下降,加入N-乙酰半胱氨酸后脂联素表达增高,脂联素受体1表达无改变。抵抗素和脂联素水平的降低是高脂饲养大鼠体重增加、血糖升高、脂质代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗的重要原因。NF-kB通路介导了脂联素对胰岛素敏感性的调节作用,但不影响脂联素受体1的表达。
The expression of adiponectin and adiponectin in rats fed with high fat diet decreased significantly. The expression of adiponectin increased with the addition of N-acetylcysteine and the expression of adiponectin receptor 1 was unchanged. The decrease of resistin and adiponectin levels is an important reason for body weight gain, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in high fat diet rats. NF-kB pathway mediates the regulatory effect of adiponectin on insulin sensitivity but does not affect adiponectin receptor-1 expression.
