加压素(Vasopressin.VP)是由神经垂体分泌入血液及广泛存在于中枢神经系统内的九肽激素。除具有抗利尿和升压作用外,还参与中枢神经系统及机体许多其它的生理功能。因此研制出特异的、灵敏的抗加压素抗体是很必要的。本摘要报导利用杂交瘤技术研制抗精氨酸加压素(AVP)单克隆抗体(McAb)的工作。
Vasopressin (VP) is a non-peptide hormone secreted by the neurohypophysis into the bloodstream and widely found in the central nervous system. In addition to its antidiuretic and antihypertensive effects, it is also involved in many other physiological functions of the central nervous system and the body. Therefore, the development of specific and sensitive anti-vasopressin antibody is necessary. This summary reports the development of an anti-arginine vasopressin (AVP) monoclonal antibody (McAb) using hybridoma technology.
