Librarians’ collection of books is not only about measuring the needs of readers, setting targets for collecting books, or selecting books, periodicals, records, etc. The collection of books must also be evaluated to eliminate unneeded documents and to store scarcely used information Bookstore; retain the most valuable, or most commonly used books and magazines, ongoing maintenance. “How good is my collection?” This is a question that every librarian is happy to answer. The data through a variety of people, a long period of selection, librarians are likely to change their vision of the library’s objectives and interpretation of the principles and selection of books and use. In order to determine whether a library collection is good or bad, we must clarify three important facts: 1) what is the value of the collection, and what is the value of the collection if it is not included in the collection; 2) Its value, should be briefly evaluated to determine whether they are appropriate for the type of readers served; 3) collection of books given to the specific target audience.
