冶金部建筑研究总院研制成功的YJ-2型泵送减水剂于1988年11月22日在上海通过了部级鉴定。上海宝钢建设中主要采用吴淞水泥厂生产的矿渣水泥,为解决该种水泥掺木钙减水剂不适应的问题,1986年国家计委、冶金工业部下达由冶金部建筑研究总院、宝钢工程指挥部研究开发新型泵送减水剂,要求达到“单掺”节约水泥8%,“双掺”节约水泥10%的指标。经过努力,研制了以多环芳烃磺酸盐为主要成分的YJ-2型泵送减水剂,并在江都县减水剂厂建成了一条年产1000t的生产线,经过两年多的试验研究、试生产和工程实际应用,证明该减水剂掺入泵送混凝土和普通混凝土中能显著地改善和易性、可泵性,并有明显的减水增强效果。近一年来,YJ-2型泵送减水剂已
