目的研究护理干预对呼吸机依赖患者肺移植术后提高撤机成功率效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月肺移植术前呼吸机依赖患者20例,对其实施有效的撤机护理干预,并观察术后撤机情况。结果对20例呼吸机依赖患者实施有效护理干预后,16例患者撤机成功,撤机时间为7~30天,平均16.5天;1例患者因咳嗽排痰困难、急性排斥反应而行气管切开术,1例因患肺过度膨胀而行肺减容术,2例因胸腔内出血再次手术止血,该4例患者对症经治疗均得以恢复。结论对术前呼吸机依赖患者在撤机过程中实施有效的护理干预,可以提高患者撤机成功率,缩短撤机时间,降低患者肺部感染率,减少治疗费用,缓解患者的心理压力,值得临床上广泛应用。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on improving the success rate of weaning after lung transplantation in ventilator-dependent patients. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 20 patients with ventilator-dependent patients before lung transplantation were enrolled in this study. Effective weaning nursing intervention was performed and the weaning was observed.
