为探索参柏液的鉴别及含量测定方法,给制订其质量标准提供可靠依据,作者采用TLC法对参柏液中的苦参、黄柏及苍术等中药进行了鉴定。该品中君药苦参的测定,以中性氧化铝柱固相净化分离样品,用氯仿洗脱苦参生物碱,洗脱液用硫酸液(0.01mol/L)提取后,以氢氧化钠液(0.02mol/L)滴定,甲红为指标剂,按苦参碱(C15H24N2O)计算本品中苦参生物碱量。该法可避免样品中其他组分及色素的干扰,滴定终点敏锐,RSD%为1.10(n=5),加样回收率为97.59±1.31%(n=8)。用以测定10批样品,均获得满意结果。
In order to explore the identification and content determination method of ginseng cypress fluid and provide a reliable basis for the development of its quality standards, the authors used TLC method to identify the traditional Chinese medicines such as Sophora flavescens, Phellodendron amurense and Atractylodes Rhizome. The determination of Sophora flavescens in this product was carried out by solid-phase purification on a neutral alumina column to separate the samples, and the alkaloids of Sophora flavescens were eluted with chloroform. The eluent was extracted with sulfuric acid (0.01 mol/L) and then hydrogenated. Sodium liquor (0.02 mol/L) was titrated. Methyl red was the indicator agent. The amount of alkaloids in the product was calculated according to matrine (C15H24N2O). The method can avoid the interference of other components and pigments in the sample, and the titration end-point is sensitive. The RSD is 1.10 (n=5), and the recovery rate is 97.59±1.31% (n=8). Used to determine 10 batches of samples, all with satisfactory results.
