素质教育的今天主要是提高全民族的素质和促进人的全面发展,而真正培养人的创新精神与实践能力则是素质教育的核心所在。作为一名教师,要培养学生的创新意识,就要精心研究教法和学法,重点是研究学法,针对小学生的年龄及心理特征,在数学教学中,只要教师给学生充分的机会,适当的引导,他们的创新思维和能力就能得以充分的发展。为了满足学生的愿望,更好地培养学生的创新思维,通过本人在教学工作中的实践,谈谈个人的一点体会。
