1949年10月7日,我国与波兰人民共和国建交,1950年6月12日,波兰驻华特命全权大使布尔金向毛泽东主席递交国书,进而向我国政府提出,希望我国驻波兰特命全权大使彭明治将军能早日赴华沙莅任,参加波兰7月22日复兴节(即国庆节)纪念活动。但那时我国政府刚任命了驻波兰大使,其他干部均未配备。于是我被改任命为驻波兰大使馆一等秘书,随彭大使先行飞华沙赴任。虽然行期匆匆,好在我们都是军人,叫走就走。只是
On October 7, 1949, China established diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China. On June 12, 1950, Pourdin, the Parliamentary Ambassador of Poland to China, handed over his credentials to Chairman Mao Zedong and proposed to our government that we hope Ambassador Peng, General Meiji can go to Warsaw as soon as possible to attend Poland’s July 22 Festive (National Day) commemoration. However, my government just appointed an ambassador to Poland at that time, and none of the other cadres were equipped.
