为应对超纯煤制备过程中对超细粉碎的技术需求,以太西无烟煤为研究对象,构建机械冲击粉碎-分级工艺系统,探讨了冲击粉碎作用下煤中矿物质的解离特性。结果表明:随着粉碎机转速增加,分级机产品产率逐渐减少,底渣、布袋产品产率逐渐增加;结合分级产品煤岩分析可知,煤中菱铁矿的解离发生在体积粉碎的过程中,因硬度较大易残留于底渣,出现在分级机产品中的比率很小。
In order to meet the technical requirements for ultrafine pulverization during the preparation of ultra-pure coal, Taihu anthracite coal is taken as the research object to construct the mechanical impact crushing-classifying system and to explore the dissociation characteristics of minerals in coal under impact crushing.
