Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vacuum sealing and drainage technique and nursing intervention in surgical refractory wounds. Methods Totally 86 patients with refractory wound treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and trial group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated by conventional dressing-changing method The experimental group was treated with VSD and nursing intervention was performed. The clinical curative effect, wound healing time, hospital stay time, VAS score, SAS score and SDS score were compared between the two groups. Results: In the control group, 7 patients were ineffective, 36 patients were effective and markedly effective, the total effective rate was 83.72%; while 1 patient in the test group was ineffective, 42 patients were effective and effective, the total effective rate was 97.67%; the difference was significant P <0.05). The healing time and hospitalization time of the control group were significantly longer than those of the experimental group (P <0.05). In addition, the VAS score of the control group was (4.77 ± 1.41) points, while the VAS score of the experimental group was (2.08 ± 0.76), the difference was significant (P <0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05); the scores of SDS and SAS in treatment group The improvement was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Combined negative pressure drainage and nursing intervention can significantly improve clinical outcomes, improve rehabilitation and relieve pain in patients with surgical treatment of refractory wounds, and can significantly alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients. It has been widely used in clinical practice And the value of application.
