在推进现代学徒改革的政府导向下,我国各职业教育院校正进行学徒制人才培养模式试点改革,结合某高职院校酒店管理专业的改革实践,探讨了当前高职院校酒店管理专业建设中的主要问题,并基于现代学徒制的视角提出了相关的专业改革策略。
Under the guidance of the government which promotes the reform of modern apprenticeship, every vocational education institution in our country is carrying out pilot reform of apprenticeship personnel training mode. Combining with the reform practice of a hotel management specialty in a higher vocational college, this paper discusses the current construction of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges In the main problems, and based on the modern apprenticeship perspective put forward the relevant professional reform strategy.
