职教类旅游管理专业的发展需要旅游企业的参与和配合,这是办好职教类旅游管理专业的重要内容和途径。因而,校企合作是必要的。主要体现于:校企合作是形成职教类旅游管理专业办学特色的需要,是培养合格人才的需要,是实现专业目标的需要,是拓宽旅游学生就业渠道的需要,也是优化旅游管理专业教育资源的需要。本文结合浙江商业技师学院旅游与酒店管理专业校企合作实践,探析校企合作人才培养模式。
