本文主要探讨了成都市的道路分流对于交通拥堵的影响问题,通过网络实施交通流量图,获取该市城区中的车流量实时分布图,调查问卷访问居民交通拥堵时间段了解成都市交通道路不同路段不同时间的拥堵程度。进而建立变量、假设及二维平面规划模型,分析得出道路类型和分流方式的不同对于交通拥堵存在影响,并得出资金约束条件下道路交通最低拥堵程度所需的交通连通值,并提出自行车出行对于道路分流和交通拥的可行性建议。
