(一)反腐败是世界各国普遍关注的大事,为此,许多国家制订有反腐败的专门法律。英国于1883年制订了《反腐败与不法行为法》,是世界最早的反腐败法律。
(1) Anti-corruption is a general concern of all countries in the world. Therefore, many countries have formulated special laws against corruption. The United Kingdom enacted the Anti-Corruption and Unlawful Act in 1883, which is the earliest anti-corruption law in the world.
