为满足我厂八车间二氯甲烷精馏过程中,根据供给各换热器的加热蒸汽总压恒值控制的要求,我们设计试制了一套简单的采样自动控制系统。根据生产工艺的要求,此系统应能稳定地实现蒸汽压力0~3.5公斤/厘米~2范围内定值,精度±0.1公斤/厘米~2的控制效果。经过半年的连续运行证明这套自动系统能稳定地实现0~3.5公斤/厘米~2范围内,精度±0.06公斤/厘米~2的控制效果,运行良好,达到了设计的要求。本系统的主要优点是:投资少(只有一般气动或电动成套自控仪表费用的1/3~1/5),所用元件、部件都是易于购置的,由于工作是继电
In order to meet the requirements of the total pressure and constant value control of heating steam supplied to each heat exchanger in the process of dichloromethane distillation in our 8 workshop, we designed and manufactured a simple set of sampling automatic control system. According to the requirements of the production process, this system should be able to stably achieve the control value of the steam pressure of 0 to 3.5 kg / cm ~ 2, the accuracy of ± 0.1 kg / cm ~ 2.
