临猗县位于黄河中游,山西省的西南部,属暖温带大陆性气候,年平均温度13.7℃、日照总时数2 362小时、降水量496.5 mm,井、黄双灌,地势平坦,土质优良,适宜富士、红星、花冠、嘎啦等苹果品种的栽植。目前全县苹果栽植面积70余万亩,苹果收入约占农民年收入的70%,苹果产业是本县农村经济的一大支柱产业。但目前生产中存在土壤有机质不足,花期易遭霜冻,套袋技术粗糙,病虫害防治严重依赖化学农药等问题,导致临猗苹果品质不够高、品牌不够亮、市场竞争力不够强。为此,笔者结合生产实际,总结出提高临猗苹果品质的几项关键技
