采用630nm波长的激发光在室温下对镶嵌有锗纳米晶的SiO2薄膜进行了光致发光研究。在室温下观察到了由于双光子吸收而导致的蓝色荧光峰。按照量子限域理论对所观察到的峰的特征进行了讨论。
The photoluminescence of SiO2 films embedded with germanium nanocrystals was investigated at room temperature using excitation light of 630nm wavelength. A blue fluorescence peak due to two-photon absorption was observed at room temperature. The characteristics of the observed peaks are discussed in terms of quantum confinement theory.
