“土地财政”一直备受争议,今年房价暴涨,“土地财政”再次站到风口浪尖。但由于经常跟“高房价”、“腐败”、“泡沫”等敏感的社会问题纠葛在一块,人们在讨论“土地财政”这个关乎中国城市发展秘密和政府行动逻辑的重大问题时,很难窥其全貌。本文可能是迄今为止把土地财政说得最透、角度最特别的一篇文章。作者现为教授,曾任厦门市规划委员会主任,一位有体制内任职经验的学者,试图还原土地财政的真实面目,并探讨其未来的可能命运,值得一读。
