本文通过发掘上海档案馆、图书馆藏新史料,从组织机构、师资结构、教学内容和方法、人才培养目标四个方面,归纳出中国工商业美术作家协会“整合-补习式”设计培训模式,为民国“非院校式”设计教育史研究提供参考。
