建立和完善党政领导干部选拔任用工作责任制,是市场经济条件下干部人事制度改革的客观要求,也是提高干部工作整体水平,加强干部队伍建设的一项重要措施。近年来,我市按照《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》的要求,对建立党政领导干部选拔任用工作责任制进行了初步探索,积累了一些经验,取得了一定的成效,也进一步深化了我们对建立党政领导干部选拔任用工作责任制的认识。
