目的：分析探讨尿液检验结果异常的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析2013年2月-2015年2月我院检验科收治的尿液检验结果异常患者56例的临床资料，分析尿液检验结果异常原因，并制定应对措施。结果：实验室影响因素中，葡萄糖、蛋白质、亚硝酸盐、隐血29例(51.78%)，样本加错1例(1.78%)；临床因素中，药物影响15例(26.78%)，收集方式影响5例(8.92%)，申请单与标本误差1例(1.78%)，标本未及时送检5例(8.92%)。结论：临床有较多对尿液检验有效性影响的因素，检验人员需掌握检验步骤，控制各环节，减少操作方面的失误，合理控制影响结果异常的因素，以提高尿液检验结果的准确性。“,”Objective To analyze the factors affecting the abnormal urine test results. Conclusion Clinical more of urine test factors that affect the effectiveness, inspection personnel to master the test steps, the link control and to reduce the operation mistake, the reasonable control of the influence of the factors, in order to improve the accuracy of the Results:of urine test.
