以结球甘蓝为材料,调查了晨光平头、四月慢及丰田等3个品种自然群体中自交不亲和株的分布;探讨了晨光平头父代亲和指数的不同选择强度对子代亲和指数的影响;分析了丰5、四2、晨27等3个自交不亲和系选育过程中各代亲和指数的变化。结果表明,甘蓝自交不亲和性广泛存在;自交不亲和性的选择强度越大,选择效果越大;连续选择自交亲和指数低的单株自交4~5代,是选育优良自交不亲和系的有效手段。
In this study, we investigated the distribution of self-incompatibility strains in natural populations of Chenguang flat head, April slow and Toyota, and explored the effect of different selection intensity of Chenguang flathead parental affinity index on offspring’s progeny And index. The changes of affinity index in each generation of three selfing incompatible lines including Feng 5, Si 2 2 and Chen 27 were analyzed. The results showed that self-incompatibility of cabbage was widespread; the greater the selection intensity of self-incompatibility, the greater the selection effect; the selfing of continuous selection of selfing with low self-compatibility index was from 4 to 5 generations Educating excellent self-incompatibility of the effective means.
