苏府办[2009]207号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:经市政府同意,现将市残联、体育局、教育局、民政局、财政局联合制订的《关于进一步加强残疾人体育工作的意见》转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。二○○九年十一月三十日关于进一步加强残疾人体育工作的意见残疾人体育是残疾人事业和全民体育的重要组成部分。为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于进一步加强残疾人体育工作的意见》(国办发[2007]31号)和《全民健身条例》精神,以迎接2012年伦敦残奥会为契机,进一步加大我市残疾人体育工作力度,确保残疾人竞技体育出人才、出成绩,推进残疾人体育事业实现新突破和新跨越,现就进一步加强我市残疾人体育工作提出如下意见。

Opinion on Further Strengthening the Physical Training of People with Disabilities, November 30, 2009 Sports for the Handicapped are an important part of the cause of disability and sport for all. In order to implement the “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening Sports for the Handicapped” (Guo Ban Fa [2007] No. 31) and the “National Fitness Ordinance”, in order to meet the 2012 London Paralympic Games as an opportunity to further increase me City disabled sports work to ensure that disabled persons competitive sports out of talent, out of performance, promote the disabled people’s sports career to achieve new breakthroughs and new leaps and bounds, to further strengthen the city’s sports for the disabled to make the following comments.
