In the autumn of 2009, cases of household electrical appliances and food theft continued to occur in peasant households in Liuwan Village, Yongkang Town, Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, seriously affecting normal production and living order and property safety. Relevant leaders of Zhongwei Municipal Politics and Law Committee have learned about this situation and took the initiative to make use of the break time to conduct a thorough investigation and study on peasants’ new homes in Liuwan Village and actively coordinate the relevant departments and local police stations in promoting a new approach to electronic surveillance and prevention.
