卫生防疫工作是卫生事业的重要组成部分,卫生防疫站是全额卫生事业单位,其经费应由国家各级财政全部负担。但由于国家财政的困难,目前只能满足一部分经费,另一部分则要靠卫生防疫站通过进行有偿服务来补充。这样,卫生防疫站经济效益问题就显得尤为重要,它成为影响卫生防疫事业发展的重要方面。由于卫生防疫经费困难,资金筹集就成为卫生防疫经济工作的一个重要问题。笔者认为,卫生防疫资金的筹集也要多条腿走路,采取多种形式筹集卫生防疫资金,促进卫生防疫事业的发展。负债就是筹集资
