盐酸曼尼地平(Manidipine hydrochloride,CV-4093)系日本武田药品公司开发的二氢吡啶衍生物,其特点是持续作用时间长,每日用药1次可达疗效。动物实验结果表明,本品动脉壁收缩抑制作用强,心肌抑制作用弱。本品通过扩张末梢血管,使降压作用显著增加,并增加肾及冠脉血流量。降压的同时,还具有防止中风发作的效果。本品为脂溶性,主要经肾排泄。 85例轻～中度原发性高血压患者口服本品10周,每日1次2.5～20mg,其降压效果明显下降31例,下降32例,稍下降13例,
