当前的基础教育肩负着为21世纪培养人才的重任,而21世纪所需要的是具有创造性的人才。前苏联学者A·H·鲁克曾说“创造能力的素质是每个人、每个正常儿童所固有的,需要的只是善于把它们揭示出来并加以发展”,因此“为创造而教”已成为当今世界教育的一大潮流。 我校是以解放战争中牺牲的“辽吉功臣”吕明仁烈士的名字命名的实验性学校,是自治区、地、市三级重点小学。为适应时代需求,我校决定进行创造教育实验,研究小学教育阶段儿童创造力发展的特点和规律,为培养创造性人才探索出一条适合中国实际的可行性途径。在华东师大杜殿坤教授指导下,我们设计了《明仁小学创造教育实验方案》,以发展学生的创造性才能、培养学生的创造性个性品质、训练学生的创造性思维为实验目标。
The current basic education shoulders the task of training qualified personnel for the 21st century. What is needed in the 21st century is creative talents. Former Soviet scholar AH H. Roek once said that “the quality of creativity is inherent to everyone, every normal child, and only needs to be revealed and developed.” Therefore, “teaching for creation” has become A major trend in today's world of education. Our school is an experimental school named after “Lvji hero” Lv Mingren who sacrificed during the War of Liberation. It is a three-level key primary school in the autonomous region, prefecture and city. In order to meet the needs of the times, our school decided to conduct experiments in creating education to study the characteristics and laws of the development of children's creativity in primary education, and to explore a feasible approach suited to China's reality for the purpose of cultivating creative talents. Under the guidance of Professor Du Diankun of East China Normal University, we designed “Experimental Project of Creating Education for Amy Young Primary School” in order to develop students' creative talents, cultivate students' creative personality and train students' creative thinking as experimental goals.
