1.沉降测试装载机动臂液压系统内泄不仅会造成动臂自动沉降,还可能造成动臂提升速度缓慢和提升不平稳等现象。机械行业标准JB/T3688.3—1998《轮胎式装载机试验方法》规定:进行动臂自动沉降试验时,液压油初始油温应为(50±3)℃;铲斗应承载额定载荷;将动臂提升至最高位置,柴油机熄火后,动臂缸沉降位移量应小于50rmm/h。按照以上标准对958H型装载机动臂沉降测试的步骤如下:先将铲斗装入5000kg质量的物体。启动装载机运转;待液压油温度为50℃时,将动臂举升到最高位置,再将分配阀置于中位,然后将柴油机熄火;测量动臂缸单位时间内活塞杆沉降位移量,若所测沉降位移量大于50mm/h,应判定为动臂内
