先进政党不仅是社会生产力发展的代表者和推动者,也是先进文化的倡导者和建设者。中国共产党高度重视运用文化引领社会前进的方向、凝聚奋斗力量,团结带领全国各族人民不断以思想文化新觉醒、理论创造新成果、文化建设新成就推动党和人民事业向前发展。在经济社会发展的新阶段,党肩负着遵循社会发展规律,协调经济、政治、文化全面发展,建设先进文化的政治责任。建设先进文化要求改进党领导文化建设的方式,为文化建设提供政治、思想和组织人才保证,遵循文化发展规律,提高领导文化建设的本领,依法管理,发挥市场对文化建设的积极作用。
