本实验观察了降糖通脉宁对四氧嘧啶造模的糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖、血清抗坏血酸自由基、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及心、肾组织的自由基(O_2)的影响;并与降糖甲片、维生素E组对照。结果降糖通脉宁有明显降低血糖(P<0.01),恢复体重(P<0.05)、降低血清抗坏血酸自由基(P<0.01)、LPO含量(P<0.01)及提高血清SOD活性的作用(P<0.05),且具有较强的降低心、肾组织中O_2的作用(P<0.05)。在组织的电子自旋共振(ESR)谱的S峰与T峰之间首次发现W波型,此波型与铁-钼-黄素蛋白的特有波型极为相似,且W波的A值与其对应的G值呈正相关关系。
This experiment was conducted to observe the body weight, blood glucose, serum ascorbate free radicals, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, serum lipid peroxide (LPO) content, and heart rate of diabetic rats modeled by Jiang Tang Tong Mai Ning on alloxan. The effects of free radicals (O 2 ) in renal tissues were compared with those of hypoglycemic tablets and vitamin E. Results Jiangtangtongmaining significantly reduced blood glucose (P<0.01), restored body weight (P<0.05), reduced serum ascorbate free radical (P<0.01), LPO content (P<0.01), and increased serum SOD activity ( P<0.05), and has a strong effect on reducing O_2 in heart and kidney tissues (P<0.05). The W-wave pattern was first found between the S-peak and T-peak of the electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrum of the tissue. This wave pattern is very similar to the unique wave pattern of iron-molybdenum-flavin protein, and the W-wave A value corresponds to it. The G value is positively correlated.
