我所于1978~1980年开展了茄子砧木选择及嫁接技术的研究。1978年在砧木引种的基础上进行嫁接成活率和接后品质的研究;1979年进行嫁接组合力和抗病性的测定;1980年继续组合力测定和多点鉴定。试验证明,嫁接育苗栽培茄子有两个特点,一是减轻土壤传染性病害的危害。二是因嫁接砧木的根系分布广而深,既能从土壤深层吸收养份和水份,还可以防旱抗倒。
From 1978 to 1980, I carried out research on the selection of eggplant rootstock and grafting technology. In 1978 the introduction of rootstocks on the basis of grafting survival rate and quality after the study; 1979 grafting combination force and disease resistance determination; 1980 to continue combination force determination and multi-point identification. Experiments show that there are two characteristics of grafted eggplant cultivation of eggplant, one is to reduce the hazards of soil-borne diseases. Second, the roots of grafted rootstocks are widely distributed and deep, both from the soil to absorb nutrients and water, but also drought-resistant.
