在充满着竞争的社会中,如何才能保持心理健康呢?首先,应该对竞争有一个正确的认识——竞争成败是正常。其次,对自己要有一个客观的恰如其分的评估,努力缩小“理想我”与“现实我”的差距。再者,在竞争中要善于审时度势、扬长避短。有些人感到现在工作就是竞争,竞争可促进社会进步和发展,竞争可以克服惰性,也可以使人满怀希望、勇往直前。竞争就是如此地令人又爱又恨,你对它有点欲罢不能。
In a society full of competition, how can we maintain mental health? First of all, we should have a correct understanding of competition - it is normal for competition to succeed or fail. Second, we must have an objective and appropriate assessment of ourselves and strive to narrow the gap between “ideal me” and “actual me”. Furthermore, we must be good at judging the situation in the competition, and avoid weaknesses. Some people feel that now work is competition. Competition can promote social progress and development. Competition can overcome inertia and make people hope and move forward. Competition is so loving and hateful, you can not stop it.
