我队在某高岭土矿区开展普查勘探工作,自82年5月上钻至11月竣工30个钻孔,钻探进尺1031米。钻孔合格率达到100%,其中优质孔率高达80%。在施工期间,曾采用了干钻、无泵和双动双管钻进,其采取率或高或低,低的不能满足规范要求,矿心烧坏、颠倒、污染、原结构破坏,回次进尺短,劳动强度大等。围绕解决高岭土矿取心和上述问题,我们分析了高岭土矿石的物理机械性质,抓住隔水防冲、防震这一主要矛盾,设计研制了隔水单动双管钻具和底喷台阶式硬质合金钻头。于82年在3个钻孔中进行生产试验,取得了良好的效果,满足了地质要求。
Our team carried out census and exploration work in a kaolin mining area. During the construction period, dry drilling, non-pumping and double-action double-pipe drilling have been adopted. Focusing on solving the coring of kaolin ore and the above problems, we analyzed the physical and mechanical properties of kaolin ore, grasped the main contradiction between water-proofing and anti-shocking and anti-shocking. We designed and developed single-action double- Alloy drill. In 82 years in three drilling production test, and achieved good results, to meet the geological requirements.
