在支队党委的正确领导下,去年八月与宽甸镇人民公社协商,由各作业区选派了四名青年男女社员学医,八月六日正式开学。以支队卫生连为课堂,卫生员手册为教材,经过基础理论学习与临床实习相结合,经过考试已具备了初级卫生人员的业务水平,已于今年四月上旬结业,走上了工作岗位。在六个多月的时间内(因中间有一段时间部队野营没进行)学习了生理解剖、常用药物、常见疾病及传染病的原因、症状、治疗及预防方法、急救、护理、针灸等课程。学习前制定了教学计划,基本上采用半天理论学习半天结合实际操作晚上讨
