基层党支部是党组织联系群众的桥梁与纽带,它起到了把党的方针政策贯彻落实到群众中去的重要作用,是党在基层的战斗堡垒。本文以林业基层党支部存在的主要问题为例进行分析,进而提出了增强基层党支部凝聚力的措施。
The grass-roots party branch is the bridge and link between the party organizations and the masses. It plays an important role in implementing the party’s principles and policies among the masses and is the party’s fighting bastion at the grassroots level. Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the grassroots party branch, this paper puts forward some measures to enhance the cohesion of the grassroots party branches.
