近年来,我国事业单位的改革与发展迅速深入,事业单位预算管理的改革与发展也随之而来。然而,当前我国事业单位的预算管理工作还存在诸如预算编制水平差、预算执行效率低、预算监管力度不足等问题,这些问题对事业单位的改革与发展造成了严重影响。因此,解决事业单位预算管理中存在的问题是保证事业单位健康改革、持续发展的关键所在。本文结合近年来我国事业单位改革发展的现状,以预算管理的必要性、预算管理中存在的难题为出发点,提出上述问题的解决措施,以期帮助我国事业单位预算管理合理有序进行,进而促进事业单位的可持续发展。
In recent years, the reform and development of our country’s public institutions has been deepening rapidly, and the reform and development of the budgetary management of public institutions has also followed. However, at present, there are still some problems in the budget management of public institutions, such as the poor level of budgeting, the low efficiency of budget implementation and the lack of budget supervision. These problems have seriously affected the reform and development of public institutions. Therefore, to solve the problems in the budget management of PSUs is the key to ensuring the healthy reform and sustainable development of PSUs. Based on the current situation of the reform and development of public institutions in our country in recent years, this paper takes the necessity of budget management and the problems in budget management as the starting point and puts forward the solutions to the above problems in order to help the public institutions in our country manage the budget management in a reasonable and orderly manner, Unit of sustainable development.
