本文对D60Si2Mn钢钢坯的开裂,做了金相和扫描电镜检查,分析表明钢坯开裂主要原因是钢中气体、夹杂含量过高,同时在听口上发现了一种含硅高的小颗粒相。
In this paper, the cracking of D60Si2Mn steel billet was examined by metallography and scanning electron microscopy. The analysis shows that the main reason of billet cracking is the gas in the steel with too high content of inclusions. At the same time, a small particle phase with high silicon content was found in the listening mouth.
