针对传统汽车仪表难以满足纯电动汽车仪表需求的问题,提出一种基于MCGS软件环境的纯电动汽车智能仪表设计与实现方案。首先给出了纯电动汽车智能仪表的总体设计方案,然后在MCGS嵌入版组态软件环境下完成仪表图形界面的设计,并且基于Freescale MC9S12DG128B单片机设计了纯电动汽车数据采集系统,通过扩展CAN总线实现纯电动汽车主控制器与智能仪表的通信。研究结果表明:该智能仪表实现了车辆运行信息的图形化和数字化显示,并具有数据存储再现功能;与传统汽车仪表相比,该仪表具有集成度高、可靠性高、可视性好、功能丰富和人机交互能力强等优点;同时,由于仪表的嵌入式系统平台资源丰富,使得智能仪表具有良好的可扩展性和通用性,适用于各类纯电动汽车。
Aiming at the problem that traditional automobile instrument can not meet the demand of pure electric vehicle instrument, a design and implementation scheme of pure electric vehicle intelligent instrument based on MCGS software environment is proposed. First of all, it presents the overall design scheme of pure electric vehicle intelligent instrument, and then completes the design of instrument graphical interface in MCGS embedded version configuration software environment, and design a pure electric vehicle data acquisition system based on Freescale MC9S12DG128B singlechip, through the expansion of CAN bus Pure electric vehicle main controller and intelligent instrument communication.
