旷世奇书《镜花缘》“是一部讨论妇女问题的小说”，它以中国历史上唯一的女皇武则天朝代为叙事背景，尽情描写百名才女的胆识贤智、才能技艺，构筑了中国古代文学史上罕有的才女形象群体。小说对才女“才”的抒写较明末清初的佳人及红楼女子均有进步的一面，超越纯属个人素养修为的闺阁闲技，展现了更多的知识学问、实学强技，从而具备更广的社会内容和意义，一定程度上表现出了女性自我价值的实现和独立人格的确立，摆脱了男性附庸的屈尊地位。
The novel “Mirror Flowers” is a novel about women’s issues. It takes the only Empress Wu Zetian dynasty in the history of China as its narrative background, and describes the gifted and virtuous talents of 100 talented women in order to create the ancient Chinese literature Rare talent in the history of the image groups.
